Yeah – I did 30k!!

This week I added another 4k to the long run and did 30k on Saturday. It was hard but it’s a huge step towards the marathon and perfectly in line with the training plan. I am so proud of myself that I managed to do this and especially that I successfully fought my weaker self. I believe I deserve a recovery week now…

Overview of my training this week (total: 56.6 km)

Monday: rest
Tuesday: 6.3 km fartlek run in 32:16
Wednesday: 13.1 km stead run in 1:14:15
Thursday: 30 min core training
Friday: 7.1 km interval run in 36:53
Saturday: 30.1 km long and stead run in 2:50:15
Sunday: rest
