Training is over! Next Sunday is the big day…

It is done! The training is complete and next week is the big day. I will do some short and easy runs next week just to stay trained but the work is done. The training was intense and took a lot of time but I believe it was worth it. Now I only need to stay healthy for the week and be mentally fit the day. Nothing can stop me to finish my first marathon – yeah!

My training this week (total of 35.4 km)

Monday: rest
Tuesday: 7.65 km easy run in 37:29
Wednesday: 8.14 km interval run in 39:54
Thursday: rest
Friday: 5:15 km easy interval run in 25:40
Saturday: 20 min core training
Sunday: 14.47 km longer run in 1:15:44
