Peak week completed!

This week was my peak week of the training plan. I did the longest run of the training and the overall longest distance in a week. Now the recovery phase starts with less and less runs (but more mental readiness)! And I’ve got my new shoes I am going to wear in the marathon. 4 weeks to go – I am ready!

My training this week (Total of 56.5 km)

Monday: rest
Tuesday: rest
Wednesday: 35.79 km long run in 3:26:20
Thursday: rest
Friday: 13.33 km steady run in 1:10:53
Saturday: 60 min Body Combat
Sunday: 7.39 km Spartan Race training (burpee challenge) in 1:04:24
